  1. Chair pose: Stand with your feet hip-distance apart and reach your arms overhead, palms facing each other. Bend your knees and sit back as if you're sitting in an imaginary chair. Hold for several breaths, then release.
  2. Warrior III: Start in a standing position, then shift your weight onto your left foot and extend your right leg behind you. Reach your arms forward and parallel to the ground, and engage your core to keep your body stable. Hold for several breaths, then switch sides.
  3. Eagle pose: Stand with your feet hip-distance apart and bend your knees slightly. Cross your right thigh over your left thigh and wrap your right foot behind your left calf. Bring your arms out to the sides and cross your right arm over your left arm, then bend your elbows and bring your palms together. Hold for several breaths, then switch sides.
  4. Half-moon pose: From a standing position, place your right hand on your hip and extend your left leg behind you, parallel to the ground. Reach your left arm toward the ceiling and gaze up at your fingertips. Hold for several breaths, then switch sides.
  5. Boat pose: Sit on the ground with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Lean back slightly and lift your feet off the ground, keeping your knees bent. Extend your arms forward and parallel to the ground, and engage your core to keep your balance. Hold for several breaths.
